I took time to sit down and make a podcast. I went for a long walk and it got my brain working. Sometimes, that’s what it takes. I walked for six miles today after walking for eight miles yesterday. Gotta get this fat off and start getting my metabolism going. On the podcast today, I’m talking about different things including comics, cheese making, and whatever else popped into my head. Enjoy!
